Welcome to our website for friends and guests renting our condo at Mountainback. We have owned it, now, since 2007 and we like it very, very much. We hope you will too and we have found tips which we think might make your stay more enjoyable.

First of all, the condo is very bright and open as you can see from the photos (which are from 2007 and need to be updated). Its openness and spaciousness were deciding factors why we fell in love with it over other places. There are twelve windows – depending on how you count – in the living room alone. They look out into the forests above Davidson Road and create very nice forest panorama looking straight out, not so much down. They have remote-controlled roll-down blinds.

The condo is located just down the hill, seven minutes by foot, from Canyon Lodge, which most people consider the most convenient access to the ski slopes. Although we would never walk in ski boots or carrying skis to Canyon Lodge, it is a perfect winter morning walk in regular walking shoes. If you leave your ski gear in lockers at Canyon Lodge, you can leave your car in the garage and walk to the slopes. And, in the opposite direction, down from the condo it is a fifteen minute walk down to the restaurants and stores of the New Village, at Minaret Rd. & Lake Mary Rd.
